Job Description

Responsibilities:

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

  • Support HR team in daily operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support in implementing and monitoring HR processes and policies in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
  • Supports the Regional HR team on initiatives and projects/activities.
  • Coordinate intern programs and support training initiatives.
  • Assist in system administration tasks such as user account management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide data analysis and reports.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Requirements with minimum 4 months period of internship.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills, Result oriented, decision-making competence, aptitude for planning and organization, communication skills, team player, interpersonal skill.
  • Possess strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
