About The Job
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People & Culture team. This role provides a 360-degree view of the HR function & strategy, from attracting top talent to supporting employee development and operational excellence. You will work closely with HR Manager & HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless experience for our employees and managers.
Job responsibilities
HR Support & Advisory
- Assist in guiding our employees through standard HR processes and Group policies.
- Support the coordination of leadership coaching sessions and the distribution of performance tools.
- Help prepare communication materials for internal HR initiatives and change management plans.
People Development & Acquisition
- Drive full-cycle recruitment support by scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a continuous talent pipeline.
- Assist in the creation of development plans and the mapping of team competencies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support the implementation of team-building activities, culture programs, and engagement surveys.
HR Operations
- Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure documentation standards are met.
