Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Jenjarom. The intern will assist in the daily activities of the HR department, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee benefit administration, and personnel management. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, learn about HR practices, and contribute to various HR-related projects in a professional healthcare setting.

• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of Personnel Management and related HR functions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• A bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
