Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and ensuring employee records are complete.
  • Maintain and update HR files and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagements, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
  • Prepare basic HR letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and perform ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn HR systems.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of at least 2 to 6 months. April 2026 intake
