Role Description

Location: Northern Heart Hospital, Penang (Malaysia)

Internship Duration: 36 months

Start Date: 2 February 2026

Department: Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Help manage and maintain HR records and employee databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and training events
• Participate in drafting letters, memos, and HR-related communication
• Provide administrative support for general HR operations
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience or interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
