Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Cyberjaya. The intern will assist in supporting and coordinating day-to-day Human Resources functions, including drafting and implementing HR policies, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with employee benefit programs. The role also entails supporting HR management, assisting with training initiatives, and facilitating employee engagement activities. The candidate will collaborate with the HR team to handle administrative tasks and contribute to workforce planning and development.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources concepts such as HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits.
  • Experience or knowledge in Personnel Management and Employee Administration practices is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with team members across all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HR-related tools and technologies is an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
