Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers;
  2. Collaborate with other hiring team to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans;
  3. Conduct salary research and stay up to date with industry trends;
  4. Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing growth and expansion;
  5. Adopts effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets;
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process;
  7. Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

  1. Local languages and English Proficiency is a must; Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus;
  2. Background in home applicances, social media and ecommerce would be advantage; International culture and mindset is a preferred;
  3. Strong experience in recruitment under pressure is a must;
  4. Good problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills;
  5. Good communication skills;
  6. Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
  7. Able to start working immediately will be an advantage.
