Job Summary:
The HR Intern will support various functions within the Human Resources Department by assisting with end-to-end HR operations. This includes learning and development, recruitment, employer branding, HR operations, and general administrative tasks.
Job Descriptions:
Learning & Development
- To coordinate full spectrum of employees L&D activities, to facilitate & support trainings, and application of training grants from HRDC.
- To manage & maintain all training records and ensure continuous improvement to the HR learning functions & processes.
Recruitment
- To assist in recruitment, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
Employer Branding
- To participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, such as career fair and site visit.
- To brainstorm and create content ideas for social media and posters.
Operations & Administrative
- To perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
- To organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- To assist in document preparation, scanning and filing.
- To support general administrative tasks as assigned and others.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/HR or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Internship position(s) for duration above 3 months.
