Key Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment & Selection
• Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Prepare interview documentation
2. Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain and update employee files (physical & digital)
• Assist with employment contracts and confirmation letters
• Ensure proper filing of HR documents
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
• Support new employee onboarding process
• Prepare onboarding documents
• Assist in exit clearance procedures
4. Payroll & Attendance Support
• Assist in tracking attendance and leave records
• Support payroll preparation (if applicable)
5. Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing staff events and activities
• Support internal communication initiatives
6. General HR Administration
• Handle HR correspondence
• Assist in preparing HR reports
• Perform other duties assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:-
• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to handle confidential information
