Job Responsibilities
1. Compliance and Policy Research
Assist in conducting corporate compliance policy research in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to:
- Research on local laws and regulations: labor law, tax policies, visa policies, etc.
- Benchmarking company systems and policies
- Contract management standards: Employee contracts, vendor agreements, legality of contract templates
- Compensation and benefits policy research: Salary structure, leave policies, employee benefits and allowances
2. Local Resource Research in Malaysia
- Research health screening centers/medical institutions in Malaysia, and compile information on packages, pricing, and cooperation models
- Collect suitable employee health check-up plans for companies
- Organize a list of potential partner institutions and conduct initial outreach
3. Employee Activities and Team Building Support
- Assist in planning team building activities in Malaysia
- Research venues, vendors, and budgets
- Provide recommendations for team building plans
4. Recruitment Support in Southeast Asia
- Assist with recruitment for positions in Southeast Asia
- Post job advertisements
- Screen resumes and arrange interviews
- Organize candidate information and recruitment data
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's student (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Law, Management, or related fields)
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Interest in HR, overseas operations, or corporate compliance
- Strong ability in information collection, organization, and analysis
- Proficient in office software such as Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
