Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing HR-related paperwork.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.

Criteria for the ideal intern

  • Intake: February 2026 - August 2026
  • Final year student currently enrolled in a Bachelor, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous HR or related experience is a plus but not required.
