Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation including employee records, contracts, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project roles.
- Oversee onboarding to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Performance Management & Learning
- Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Support strategic HR projects such as HR process digitalization, policy development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local initiatives with global HR frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 47 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR executive or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience across multiple HR functions (recruitment, engagement, performance management).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
