We are currently looking for a driven and collaborative HR Lead to join our team and help us build a great workplace culture while ensuring HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation including employee records, contracts, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project roles.
  • Oversee onboarding to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Performance Management & Learning

  • Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Support strategic HR projects such as HR process digitalization, policy development, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local initiatives with global HR frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 47 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR executive or assistant manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions (recruitment, engagement, performance management).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
