Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and conducting performance reviews. The role also involves implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations issues, and developing programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Skills in HR strategy implementation and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the tech farming or agriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
