Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational matter.
  • Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee record management and HR reporting.
  • Review and improve HR procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create manpower plans.
  • Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Develop the annual performance appraisal cycle and guide managers on performance issues.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programmes.
  • Administer payroll-related inputs, benefits enrolment, and HR claims processes.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).

Requirements Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
