Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operational matter.
- Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee record management and HR reporting.
- Review and improve HR procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create manpower plans.
- Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Serves as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Develop the annual performance appraisal cycle and guide managers on performance issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programmes.
- Administer payroll-related inputs, benefits enrolment, and HR claims processes.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
