Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all Human Resources department functions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and manpower planning.
  • Handle applications and approvals for foreign workers based on company requirements.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare and review monthly departmental labor cost reports.
  • Compile and review monthly departmental organization charts.
  • Monitor and control company headcount and overtime usage.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor and ensure effectiveness of company security practices and systems.
  • Enforce company disciplinary procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of 5S practices within the factory.
  • Liaise and deal with government authorities and relevant agencies.
  • Prepare Business Plan Reports for management review meetings.
  • Lead, guide, and develop subordinates in alignment with company objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
