Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant positions (front of house, back of house, supervisors, managers).
  • Design and implement onboarding & training programs to set employees up for success.
  • Champion a positive work culture, handling employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Drive performance management, coaching managers on KPIs and improvement plans.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage workforce scheduling to balance service quality with labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Streamline HR systems, policies, and reporting for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
