This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at M Boutique Family of Hotels in Ipoh. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will collaborate with department heads to support the M Family culture and values.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
