Requirements:

1) Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
2) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
3) Degree in HR or related field; prior HR management experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1) Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
2) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
3) Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
4) Handle payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws
5) Act as a bridge between management and employees
