Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, and employee benefits for the resort. Day-to-day tasks include enforcing HR policies, conducting employee performance evaluations, providing employee counseling, ensuring compliance with legal regulations related to HR policies, and contributing to recruitment and staffing processes, among others.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with creating and enforcing HR policies
• Experience in personnel management and employee benefits administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members as well as proficiency in working independently
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
