Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing HR policies, guidelines, daily HR operations ie employees requisition, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding programme, training & development, performance and salary (C&B), recognition and incentives, promotion and transfers, talent identification, talent management (include succession planing), eployment law and compliance, employee retention, employee well-being, disciplinary and grievance.
  • Evaluate, design and implement changes to organisation structure based on work processes and future strategies.
  • Lead the company culture change to all levels to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Engage closely and regurlarly with management and employees of all levels to enhance bonding, engagement and retention.
  • Participate to benefit coverage benchmarking towards prevalent market practice and provide guidance and planning to upgrading benefits program.
  • Manage the end-to end process for annual review including increment & bonus
  • Participate and improve company branding
  • Ensure all relevant daily HR operations/process are consistent and comply with Employment Act, its related law and regulations.
  • Office management - supervise office management, including maintenance, suppliers, vendors, business license renewal, general insurance policy, insurance claim, tenancy & service agreement, quit rent & assessment, trademark for company logo, company event and other daily administration task.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager in the property/construction industry will be an added advantange.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
