We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for our Bangkok office. This role will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives in a dynamic direct-selling environment while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards. Ideal candidates are hands-on HR professionals with expertise in people operations and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support field sales and distributor engagement.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top local and regional talent.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to a direct-selling environment.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR budgeting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Lead training and development programs to strengthen leadership and sales team capabilities.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to roll out initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
- Advise management on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 810 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in direct selling or MLM industry strongly preferred.
- Exposure to multinational or regional setups with global HR practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Thai labor laws; fluency in English required, Thai language a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Expatriate or international HR experience in Asia or emerging markets.
- Proven success supporting field-based sales or distributor networks.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across diverse teams and cultures.
