Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Shah Alam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities include leading training and development programs, administering compensation and benefits, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
- Proficiency in HR policy development, labor law compliance, and workforce administration
- Skilled in leadership, strategic planning, and communication
- Ability to manage training programs and oversee employee performance management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous
- Experience in managing a unionised environment is an added advantage
- Reporting directly to Director of Human Resources
