Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources position based on-site at our office in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources professional will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to overall HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and administration processes
• Experience in Personnel Management, with an emphasis on employee relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with care
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the energy or engineering sectors is a plus
