Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Project Manager to drive key HR transformation initiatives at Group level. This role sits at the center of strategic HR change, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, and Business Units.

You will lead critical programs including Performance Management redesign, Talent Acquisition transformation, and Job Architecture — ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll be driving

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR transformation initiatives
  • Redesign and optimize Performance Management and People Review frameworks
  • Drive Talent Acquisition and Job Architecture projects at Group level
  • Establish governance structures (SteerCo, Design Authority) to drive decision-making
  • Ensure delivery quality, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation across projects
  • Oversee external consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Partner with HR, CoEs, HR Tech, and business stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership

What we're looking for

  • 8–10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within HR transformation
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong exposure to Workday (Core HCM / Compensation)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving governance forums
  • Background in consulting or large-scale transformation environments is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes
