We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs daily work, including but not limited to recruitment and employee'sallocation, employee relationship, learning and development, and incentives.
- Responsible for the maintenance and tracking management of various human resources data.
- Responsible for the implementation of various human resources routine work processes;
- Support the implementation of tasks such as headcount checking and budget management.
- Support scheduling and organizing important meetings and activities related to HR business.
- Daily data follow-up, collection, analysis, etc.
Job requirements:
- Have hands-on HR experience and be able to support the HR work of business departments.
- Data analysis ability, skilled in Outlook, PPT, Word, PS and other office software, proficient in Excel.
- Careful to work, with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, good at learning, and enthusiastic about people.
