Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling daily personnel management tasks. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing documentation, and contributing to a positive workplace culture by addressing employee needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and understanding labor regulations
• Strong skills in managing Employee Benefits and providing support to employees
• Expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Johor Bahru
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in conducting company celebration and team bonding
