Job Description:

  • Support end-to-end HR and administrative processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring proper documentation and basic compliance with company policies.
  • Handle general office administration such as office supplies, vendor coordination, internal communication, and event support.
  • Manage and coordinate host/talent schedules in line with platform requirements.
  • Monitor host performance (streaming hours, engagement, revenue) and prepare regular reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for hosts, handling daily administrative needs, resolving issues, and supporting engagement and basic training..

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or talent management; experience handling creators, hosts, or streaming talents is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with HRIS/HRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with internal teams and external talents.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across HR and talent-related responsibilities.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
