IAM BA with AI experience

Primary Skills: Business Analysis, IAM, AI (e.g. Copilot)

Secondary Skills: Regulatory frameworks (GDPR, MAS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc), stakeholder management

Job Description:

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields

2. 5+ experience in IAM governance, control validation or security architecture

3. Strong exposure to AI/ML platform and understanding of data access patterns in AI environment

4. Experience/Familiarity with IAM tool (example: Sailpoint, Entra ID, OneVault, HashiCorp) and experienced in authenticated protocol (example: SAML, OAuth2, JWT, OIDC)

5. Knowledge in API principles and regulatory framework like GDPR, NIST, MAS, ISO27001, SOC2

6. Good in stakeholder management, communication and analytical skill
