Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management solutions using IBM Content Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content management systems, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Content Manager (ICM).

Develop and configure content management workflows, document storage, and retrieval solutions.

Integrate IBM Content Manager with enterprise applications and external systems.

Develop custom APIs, scripts, and automation for document processing.

Manage content lifecycle, metadata management, and document indexing.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content management applications.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements.

Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

Required Skills

78 years of experience in IBM Content Manager development.

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts.

Experience with IBM Content Manager APIs, administration, and configuration.

Knowledge of Java, Web Services, REST APIs, or related technologies.

Experience in workflow management and document lifecycle management.

Good understanding of database concepts (DB2 / SQL).

Experience with system integration and application support.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with IBM Case Manager or FileNet.

Knowledge of document scanning, indexing, and digital archiving.
