Job description:
Watches over the safety and behaviour of skaters and assists in the maintenance of the ice rink.
- To be stationed at skate rental, on ice and entrance/ exit in order to monitor admissions into the ice rink.
- Watches over the safety and behaviour of customers (skaters) through the understanding and implementation of ice rink policies and procedures.
- Assists in the maintenance of the ice rink and ensures the proper maintenance of skates and the Skate Rental counter.
- Assists the Rink Supervisor in building ice after operation hours.
- Acts quickly, safely, and appropriately in medical and non-medical emergencies.
- Provides assistance to customers (skaters) in need of help while on the ice.
- Assists in meeting the company financial and strategic goals.
- Ensures promotional events and functions held at the ice rink run smoothly.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
