Responsibilities:
- Support, maintenance, and implementation of ICT system and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist to monitor system performance and conduct regular testing, ensuring optimal uptime and minimal disruption to research activities.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment that relies on IT networks.
- Support cybersecurity measures to ensure operational reliability, data security and disaster recovery.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a research environment.
