What You Will Do
- Deliver technical solutions related to Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM), including application integration, upgrades, and onboarding of new services.
- Drive process improvements in IAM operations to enhance efficiency and align with industry best practices.
- Ensure IT compliance standards are consistently met in line with banking requirements.
- Lead deployment and implementation activities for identity lifecycle and access management.
- Act as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for IAM-related issues and operations.
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Java programming and related disciplines, with at least 3 years in IAM tools such as CyberArk, Saviynt, or SailPoint.
- Strong background in HTML, CSS, Apache Tomcat, APIs, JSP, and diverse application types.
- Expertise in Linux, Unix, Microsoft Active Directory, MSSQL, Entra, AWS, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Java and PowerShell scripting.
- Proven track record in application onboarding for MFA and SSO.
Skills and Attributes
- Deep knowledge of IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk PAM, Active Directory, Entra, AWS IAM).
- Strong understanding of privileged access principles and enforcement.
- Proficiency in Azure AD/Entra, AWS IAM, LDAP, and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in IAM Cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed, SAML, and MSAL.
