JOB TITLE: IAM System Engineer

REMOTE SETUP

JOB OVERVIEW

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding enterprise

systems by managing user identities and access privileges across hybrid environments. This

position focuses on administering and securing access through Active Directory, Azure, and

Entra ID, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The IAM Analyst will be responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts,

enforcing role-based access controls, and supporting audit and compliance efforts. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, advanced

troubleshooting skills, and a strong understanding of cloud-based access governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions using Azure

AD and Entra ID.

Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security

standards.

Monitor and analyze IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems.

Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to ensure their effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IAM and cloud security.

Handle confidential data with strict adherence to privacy and security policies.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on

Azure AD and Entra ID.

Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and cloud security

principles.

Experience with IAM tools and technologies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA)

and single sign-on (SSO).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication, documentation and collaboration abilities.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Desk or comparable IT service

management tools.
