About the Business

Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users

Responsibilities

As a Analyst at Tencent Games, you will be responsible for:

• Tracking changes in the gaming market, studying the performance of different game genres in various markets, and analyzing trends in the international gaming industry.
• For specific game genres, researching competitor performance and analyzing directions for product and marketing optimization.
• Continuously monitoring community player feedback, collecting and analyzing public opinion data, understanding player needs, and assisting in version update plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical and engineering fields
• A background in business analysis or operations analysis, with relevant work experience.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming industry and game operations.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
