Business Unit Introduction - Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG)

Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

SEA Mass & Community Esports Operations

• Lead the planning and overall coordination of mass tournaments, campus leagues, and community events across key SEA markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.).
• Work closely with Local Managers in various SEA countries to drive the smooth execution and landing of mass esports projects.
• Track, analyze, and review tournament metrics and operational feedback across markets to continuously optimize regional player experience.

Global & Tier-1 Tournament Support

• Serve as the core liaison between HQ and local teams during Global/Tier-1 Tournaments, mobilizing and aligning local managers across countries for support.
• Maintain transparent, real-time communication between HQ and local country teams to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in esports event planning or regional operations coordination, with deep insight into the SEA esports ecosystem and gaming culture (especially MY, ID, PH).
• Proven Track Record: Proven experience in independently leading regional mass tournaments and actively supporting major global events/leagues, with a strong end-to-end project mindset.
• Advanced Stakeholder Management: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and cross-functional alignment skills, capable of rallying diverse local teams and driving results in complex environments.
• Self-Drive & Problem-Solving: High degree of ownership and self-drive; able to navigate ambiguity, resolve bottlenecks quickly, and thrive under fast-paced pressures.
• Languages: Fluent in both Mandarin and Business English.
