Interactive Entertainment Group Global (IEGG) is responsible for the Global R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Esports Coordinator to support the execution of our global Honor of Kings () esports events. This role focuses on working with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth tournament operations and livestream delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Team & Vendor Communication

• Act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors.
• Align on timelines, deliverables, and event requirements with all stakeholders.
• Consolidate and report progress updates to the team regularly.

1. Tournament Operations Support

• Assist with event scheduling, match calendars, and league management tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure tournament operations are executed smoothly.
• Track results and provide timely updates to maintain accuracy and competitive integrity.

1. Livestream Coordination

• Work with vendors to confirm and execute livestream schedules on time.
• Monitor live broadcasts and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide regular updates on livestream status to the team.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ year of experience in esports, gaming, or live event coordination
• Proficiency in Chinese (written & verbal) for vendor communication and documentation.
• Good command of English for cross-regional coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with livestream platforms and tournament operations.
• Passion for esports and competitive gaming.
• Familiarity with Honor of Kings is a bonus.
