Business Unit Introduction -IEGG

Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Requirement Management

● Participate in requirements analysis, product planning, and documentation for global gaming account-related products, including web management consoles and client SDKs.

● Assist in preparing and refining product requirement documents (PRDs/SPECs) and supporting continuous product iterations and feature enhancements.

2. AI-Assisted Product Development

● Leverage AI tools to support daily product activities, including requirement analysis, document preparation, competitive research, and workflow optimization.

● Explore practical AI applications to improve work efficiency and product delivery quality.

3. Data Analysis & Operational Support

● Assist with product data analysis, daily operational tasks, and player support when needed.

● Collect and organize user feedback, identify potential product improvement opportunities, and support relevant follow-up actions.

● Undertake additional tasks based on business and team requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, coordinate implementation, and ensure timely delivery.

● Support communication between business and technical teams to facilitate smooth execution of product initiatives.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with strong logical thinking and technical comprehension.

● At least 1 year of experience in product planning, product operations, or a related role. Experience in the gaming or internet industry is an advantage.

● Familiarity with at least one AI-assisted tool and the ability to apply AI in practical work scenarios. Candidates with demonstrable AI use cases are preferred.

● Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with business stakeholders and handle user feedback effectively.

● Passion for gaming, with a good understanding of gaming products and player behavior. Familiarity with the global gaming market is an advantage.

● Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business requirements
