Job Description

About the Role

Accenture Consulting is seeking an IFS Cloud Service Management Analyst to support Utility transformation programmes across the Electric, Gas, Water, and Energy sectors.

In this role, you will work with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to analyse requirements, design business processes, and implement IFS Cloud Service Management solutions that improve customer service, field operations, and asset-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective IFS Cloud Service Management solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, process mapping, and solution design activities.
  • Support Service Management processes including Service Requests, Service Orders, Work Orders, Service Contracts, SLAs, Warranty, Maintenance, and Field Service.
  • Configure IFS Cloud functionality and prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, integration, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Support integrations between IFS Cloud and enterprise platforms such as GIS, CIS/CCS, CRM, ERP, HCM, and Workforce Management solutions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and Agile delivery activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.
  • Experience in Service Management, Customer Service, Field Service, Maintenance, or Work Management processes.
  • Experience supporting at least one IFS implementation, upgrade, or transformation project.
  • Working knowledge of IFS Service Management and related functional capabilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations and connected business applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Electric, Gas, Water, Energy, or other Utility clients.
  • Understanding of utility customer service, maintenance, asset management, and work management processes.
  • Exposure to GIS, CIS/CCS, CRM, ERP, HCM, or Workforce Management platforms.
  • Experience with IFS EAM, FSM, IFS Connect, REST APIs, data migration, reporting, or workflow configuration.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and AI-enabled business solutions.
