Responsibilities- Manage and attend to customer's call, understand the customer's needs, and provide support and solution to customer.
Create interaction log accurately to ensure conversations are being tracked.- Ensure good adherence to schedule by monitoring punctuality, unscheduled breaks as well as meal break time.
Adhere to call transaction monitoring required and superior quality of service.
- SPM and above, preferred with working experience in Customer Service industry
Good Mandarin communication skills. (English, Bahasa Malaysia is essential)

Able to start work immediately.
