We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound sales activities, introduce our services to potential customers, identify their needs, and provide the best solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall sales process to achieve company goals. This position is office-based with most communication conducted via phone, email, messaging, or online meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers and provide service information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Maintain and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Respond to online inquiries from potential customers and provide service information.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
