Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information and effective customer support
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM
- Follow company policies, scripts, and service quality standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
