Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Assist supervisor in managing inbound activities including but not limited to receiving and putaway
  2. Ensure the productivity and KPI for inbound activities are met
  3. Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the department
  4. Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower
  5. Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inbound process.
  6. Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
  7. Ensure all goods are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
  8. Provide performance reports to supervisors for review.
  9. Track and share the progress of the shipment to RnF in time, and coordinate anomalies with strategic partners
  10. Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organised through regular inspection
  11. Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
  12. Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
  13. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in specialized ground ops warehousing background.
  3. Strong in analytics and logical thinking to navigate WMS, excel and powerpoint presentations.
  4. A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
  5. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  6. Good coordination and organizational skill.
  7. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email, Google Sheet.
  8. Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
  9. Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days).
