What you'll do:

  • Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of IT incidents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior management in case of major IT system issues. Ensure adherence to established escalation protocols and provide transparent updates.
  • Lead incident calls, organize internal and external teams, and facilitate diagnostic efforts and action plans.
  • Lead the creation of quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports after incident resolution, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Champion ongoing process improvement cycles, evaluating performance, activities, roles, responsibilities, policies, and supporting technologies to ensure optimization and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT incident management, with at least 5 years in a professional services environment. Proven track record in managing critical incidents and projects.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (required for China support) and Bahasa Malaysia (required for Indonesia support).
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support during major incidents and outages, including availability on public holidays as needed.
