Income Auditor

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to ensure all hotel revenue is accurately recorded, verified, and reported while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.

As an Income Auditor, you'll play a key role in auditing daily revenue transactions, reconciling financial records, and supporting the Finance team in maintaining effective internal controls across all hotel operations.

What You'll Do

• Audit and verify daily revenue transactions from Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other hotel operating departments.
• Review figures, postings, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial, statistical, and audit reports.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions.
• Record, analyze, and maintain computerized financial information and reporting records.
• Verify cash, credit card, and other payment transactions for accuracy.
• Control and safeguard cash and cash equivalents in accordance with company cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain organized and confidential audit files, financial records, and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist with internal and external audits.
• Work closely with operational departments to ensure revenue controls and financial compliance are maintained.
• Assist in improving financial processes and identifying opportunities for stronger internal controls.

• Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Night Audit, Income Audit, or Hospitality Operations is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
