Indoor Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinates with customers, suppliers, business associates and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery for the confirmed orders.
• Responsible for doing an external sourcing on the price list for the special items.
• Responsible for drawing upon customer requirement using Cute CAD software before production cutting.
• Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with other sales team members and warehouse to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Duties:

• Liaise with customer on RFQs and confirmation of order.
• Liaise with supplier for all the purchased items.
• Follow up with customers for the quotation sent.
• Liaise with production to ensure smooth delivery for customers orders.
• Report to Head of Sales / General Manager if notice an issue with quotation sent.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experienced in oil & gas industry or gaskets is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
• Able to work independently with a fast-paced environment
• Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus.
