We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to shape our factory capacity, workshop layout, logistics flow and automation roadmap. This is an impactful role for someone who enjoys turning complex operational needs into practical, cost-efficient factory solutions.

What You Will Do

• Develop capacity and resource plans aligned with business and Group strategic requirements.
• Lead factory and workshop layout planning, including functional zoning, building arrangement, warehouse and internal logistics flow.
• Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Logistics and other functions to plan manpower, equipment and material resources.
• Drive productivity and cost-improvement initiatives through manpower optimisation, resource utilisation, line-capacity improvement and logistics-route optimisation.
• Identify automation opportunities, develop proposals, coordinate implementation resources and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct site assessments and translate operational challenges into practical improvement plans.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in factory/workshop layout planning, capacity planning, facility planning or on-site continuous improvement.
• Practical knowledge of Industrial Engineering methodologies, such as time study, motion study, line balancing, value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen and the Eight Wastes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to independently develop layout drawings, improvement proposals and implementation plans.
• Strong cost awareness, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Effective cross-functional communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English for communication with local teams and Group stakeholders.
