Job Summary

Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Focuses on optimizing production processes by analyzing workflows, performing time studies, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform process flow analysis to identify areas for improvement in line balancing, cycle time, and manufacturing cycle efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production layouts and improve resource utilization.
• Analyze time studies and production metrics to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient workflows and improve ergonomic standards.
• Lead initiatives for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Utilize software tools like SketchUp Pro for layout design.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with expertise in line balancing/cycle time and process improvement.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, or other simulation software.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
