Perform time studies for production processes and provide data for calculating capacity for each process and machine.
Manage the time standard catalogue and calculate performance efficiency.
Develop and update the Bill of Materials and Routing in SAPbased on construction guidelines and time studies for each process.
Assist the Human Labor Management Manager and Assistant Manager in standardizing workplace layouts by interacting with operators and considering technology and ergonomics.
Regularly analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment in production processes and standards
Provide training and support to staff on new procedures, tools, or technologies introduced as part of process improvements.
Perform root cause analysis on production issues to develop corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and improvement initiatives to management.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of SAPand REFA is an advantage.
Experience in time study, capacity planning, and production analysis.
